Since 2012 we've been building vintage inspired two-story bungalows on vacant lots in Northeast and South Minneapolis. Starting with classic bungalow floor plans from the 1920s, we opened up the floor plans, added modern amenities and living spaces, and tried to keep as many vintage touches as possible like real solid oak floors, solid oak doors, clawfoot tubs, and mosaic and subway tiles.
